​The Best Available Control Technology (BACT) clearinghouse reflects the latest BACT determinations made for a particular source category by the Sac Metro Air District. This list serves as guidance and reflects the minimum emission rate/control technology that will be required as BACT. Determinations older than 2 years are considered expired and will be re-evaluated and may result in more stringent requirements.
