The Sac Metro Air District issues many notices related to its public meetings and workshops, rulemaking and permitting efforts, Best Available Control Technology (BACT) determinations, Emission Reduction Credits and other regulatory processes. Notices and information on how to provide comments can be found on this page. Public participation is very important and comments are addressed as part of the public process. Please be advised that many notices have a deadline for submitting comments, which, if applicable, are indicated in the notice.
