Permit Applications
- Notice of final decision approving Conoco Phillips' Authority to Construct to modify a gasoline storage tank located at 76 Broadway., Sacramento, CA.
- Notice of permit application from L-1 Identity Solutions, inc. for a new stationary emergency standby internal combustion engine that would emit diesel particulate matter, which is designated as a toxic air contaminant.
Written public comments will be accepted by SMAQMD for a 30-day period ending September 29, 2010.
Alternative Compliance
- Notice of preliminary decision approving the Authority to Construct permit application No. 22513 submitted by Vitafreze Frozen Confections, Inc. to use the alternative compliance option under Rule 107 for a natural gas fired boiler.
Written public comments must be received by the District by August 29, 2010.
