The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) is giving notice of a preliminary decision approving the renewal of the federal Title V Operating Permit No. TV2011-08-01 for the City of Sacramento’s 28th Street Landfill. The Title V permit is for the operation of a municipal solid waste landfill located at 20 28th Street, Sacramento. The Statement of Basis and proposed Title V Operating Permit may be reviewed at the SMAQMD office, 777 12th Street, 3rd Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814. Written public comments must be received by the SMAQMD by February 10, 2012.
