SUBJECT: Continuance of Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to Rule 202 – New Source Review, Rule 214 – Federal New Source Review, and Rule 215 – Agricultural Permit Requirements and New Agricultural Permit Review

At its September meeting, the Board opened the public hearing to consider revisions to the proposed rules. The Board took action to continue the hearing to the October 28, 2010 meeting. To address additional comments, Staff has proposed revisions to the rules that were made available on August 23, 2010.
The District Board will continue the public hearings for the amendments to the following rules:
Rule 202 – New Source Review
Rule 215 – Agricultural Permit Requirements and New Agricultural Permit Review
New Rule 214 – Federal New Source Review
