Rancho Cordova Sphere of Influence Annexation (SOI) and Pre-Zoning |
The SOI area has 748 acres bounded by Sunrise Boulevard to the west, Highway 50 to the North, Hazel Avenue to the east, and portions of Sanders Drive, Gold Valley Drive, and White Rock road to the south and east. A portion of the projects the eastern border run parallel to the Folsom South Canal.
In the Rancho Cordova General Plan the land within the SOI was designated the Folsom Boulevard Planning Area and the Sunrise Boulevard Planning Area. |
