|Entertainment Center||The proposed project is a 59,000 square feet, two-story building housing an entertainment complex including a bowling center, laser tag arena and a six-theatre cinema. A General Plan Amendment is requested for portion of the project changing the land use from High Density Residential to Commercial. A corresponding Specific Plan Amendment is requested to change the land use from Mixed Use to Historic Business District land use.

|Twin Cities Road Highway 99 Interchange Improvements||The City of Galt is planning interim improvements to the interchange of Twin Cities Road and Highway 99 to reduce existing and future congestion, improve bike and pedestrian pathways, and improve ADA accessibility. An Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project was released in June 2011.|
